The talks were about the opening of GeoDRR studies in now / in the next 3 weeks. There are real possibilities.

NUBB KH has already started … but a high heat wave of 45 degrees Celsius in the shade is just sweeping through Cambodia. This poses a threat to life and all classes at universities are temporarily canceled.
