GeoDRR news. Two typhoons have formed over the north-eastern part of the South China Sea ‘Saola’ and further east typhoon ‘Haikui’. Wind speeds can reach up to 250km/h.
Typhoon ‘Saola’ will hit the Philippines, Taiwan and China.
An estimated 40000 Filipinos are evacuated and around 310000 will be affected.
