The University forges partnership with CAR’s Department of the Interior and Local Government and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development to launch the Regional Institutional Development Support (RIDS) Program. A Memorandum of Agreement was signed on April 29, 2024.

UC and other members of the RIDS CapDev team shall be implementing the Capacity Development Program on Comprehensive Land Use Plan Formulation in select local government units across the region.
