There are 2 tropical cyclones passing over Southeast Asia: slightly to the west over Viet Nam, China, Cambodia, Philippines, Laos and Taiwan – TRAMI-24 (from Oct. 20-27, still, wind speeds reach 111km/h, Cambodia is most at risk) and over Taiwan – KONG-REY-24, wind speeds reach 204km/h, 11.6 million residents are at risk, Oct. 25-27, still). Both cyclones have an “Orange” threat status.
On the other hand, in Central-South Asia, tropical cyclone DANA-24 passed over India on Oct 23-25, with wind speeds reaching 120km/h, affecting 9.2 million residents. Cyclone DANA reached “Orange-Red” status.
